Ms. Peters is a finance professional with over 12 years experience as a Chief Financial Officer and working on corporate finance and M&A transactions in Financial Services (including insurance and PFAs), Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT), and Government and Public Services sectors. Worked as a manager in Deloitte West Africa and KPMG Nigeria.  She successfully demonstrated strong competency in fundraising (equity & debt), M&A, investment analysis, financial analysis, financial reporting, due diligence, restructuring, deal sourcing and structuring, valuation, financial modelling, credit review, strategic planning, business planning, forecasting & budgeting, corporate finance, and research.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting (First Class Honours) from the Redeemer’s University and a Master in Finance (GMIF) from IE Business School, Madrid. She is also a Chartered Accountant in Nigeria, winning two national prizes in the qualifying examinations.
