With over 40 years of experience in insurance business, Mrs. Ifaturoti holds a B.Sc. Insurance (University of Lagos (1981); MSc. Project Management (University of Salford, Manchester); Associate, Chartered Insurance Institute of London (ACII); Associate, Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM); Fellow, Association of Pension Funds of Nigeria (FAPFN); Fellow, Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (FIIN) and a member of International Insurance Society (IIS) who is committed to global standards of business ethics and corporate governance.

An astute professional, Mrs. Ifaturoti was the President of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) from 2005-2007. During this period, she ensured creation of awareness for the Insurance profession culminating in the industry’s best popularity at the capital market.

A past President of the Professional Insurance Ladies Association (PILA) 1999-2002. A born leader, her tenure saw to the resuscitation of the association from a state of comatose, encouraging participation of more women in insurance and creating opportunities for development and empowerment.

Olufela is the Chief Operating Officer and leads the Business Development Team. She presently provides Insurance advisory to various Corporate, SME’s , High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) . Her experience spans across Sales, Project Management, Customer Service Experience and Human Resources from different organizations such as USP Brand Management, Crystallife Assurance Plc, AXA Mansard Insurance and Peruda Global Limited.

She has successfully led and delivered Strategic rebranding and CSR maiden edition projects to clients within the Pharmaceutical, HR Consulting & Media Communication sectors in Nigeria.

Olufela holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Babcock University. She is a certified associate in Project Management, Registered Integrated Marketing Communicator, obtained MSC degree in Marketing & Communications from Rome Business School and Certification in Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (in view).

Mr. Ifaturoti is an astute Project Management Practitioner in the Oil and Gas sector with over 31 years working experience in Chevron both local and foreign assignments, is currently the Chairman Managing Director of Crystal Project Management & Claims Ltd.

He is a member of Institute of Directors (IoD). He is a registered member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), with MSC Project Management at The University of Salford Manchester UK, holder of MBA (Finance) Olabisi Onabanjo University in Ogun State and an HND degree in Accountancy from The Polytechnic Ibadan.

Mr. Ifaturoti sits on various boards and currently the Chairman of CandourCrest Finance Ltd, a Financial Services and Products organization.

Mr. Lawani is a financial analyst and currently serves as an executive director at Maynard Partners, a leading Inter dealer brokerage firm. He was the Chief Operating Officer at Parthian Partners Limited. He worked at Kakawa Discount House (now FBN Merchant Bank) as a fixed income trader and as a chief dealer at AXA Mansard Group. He has extensive experience in trading, sales and portfolio management across all asset classes. He successfully led the integration of Penman Pensions into the AXA Mansard group whilst also ensuring competitive return on investment and served as a member of the investment committee for the AXA Mansard Mutual Funds.

Babajide holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from the University of Lagos and a master’s degree in Development Finance from the University of Manchester in the UK.

He presently sits on the Board of the firm as its financial expert and serves on the board of other companies in the financial sector.

Mr. Ogunjobi is a Solution Architect, a Country Manager with 14years experiences in Sales strategy orientation for developing and implementing business strategy together with hands-on professional experience and technical depth across the African market.  He possess Strong influence and relationship-building skills with Global customers, enterprise customers, channel partners, systems integrators and service providers to develop successful business relationship.

His Specialties are Sales Strategies, Presales and Solution Architect across SAN Storage Systems, Servers, Virtualization Solutions, Business Continuity Plan(BCP), Security Solutions, Hybrid Cloud and Cloud Computing Solutions.

His choice solutions to the organizations in a manner that aligns technology perfectly with the firm.

Ms. Peters is a finance professional with over 12 years experience as a Chief Financial Officer and working on corporate finance and M&A transactions in Financial Services (including insurance and PFAs), Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT), and Government and Public Services sectors. Worked as a manager in Deloitte West Africa and KPMG Nigeria.  She successfully demonstrated strong competency in fundraising (equity & debt), M&A, investment analysis, financial analysis, financial reporting, due diligence, restructuring, deal sourcing and structuring, valuation, financial modelling, credit review, strategic planning, business planning, forecasting & budgeting, corporate finance, and research.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting (First Class Honours) from the Redeemer’s University and a Master in Finance (GMIF) from IE Business School, Madrid. She is also a Chartered Accountant in Nigeria, winning two national prizes in the qualifying examinations.
